Legal notice, privacy and terms of use

At FastDator we are committed to handling your data transparently, securely and in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD). Below we explain who we are, what data we process, why we process it, what your rights are, and the terms governing use of the service. If you need further information at any time, please write to us at daniel.cabrera@fastdator.com.

1. Data controller

The data controller for personal data collected through this website is FastDator (hereinafter "FastDator"), reachable at daniel.cabrera@fastdator.com. FastDator provides technology consulting, custom software development, process automation and data integration services. For rights requests and privacy queries, contact daniel.cabrera@fastdator.com.

2. Data we collect and purpose

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service: (a) Contact data: full name and email address, when you submit an enquiry form. (b) Technical session data: strictly necessary cookies for platform operation. (c) Private panel access data: email and password (stored with secure hashing), used exclusively to authenticate internally registered users. The primary legal basis for processing is legitimate interest and the performance of the service relationship (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).

3. Data retention

Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, the contractual relationship. Panel access data is retained while the user remains active. To request deletion of your data write to daniel.cabrera@fastdator.com.

4. Cookies

FastDator uses only strictly necessary technical cookies for platform operation (session, security). Analytics cookies are activated only if the user explicitly accepts them in the consent banner. You can change your preference at any time via the cookie banner or by clearing cookies in your browser.

5. Data sharing with third parties

FastDator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We share data only with technology infrastructure providers (servers hosted within the European Union, transactional email) under data processing agreements that ensure GDPR compliance.

6. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption on all communications, short-lived JWT authentication tokens, secure password hashing (bcrypt), brute-force protection via Fail2ban, and access auditing through system logs. Our servers are hosted within the European Union.

7. Your rights

As a user you have the right to: (a) Access your personal data. (b) Rectify inaccurate data. (c) Request erasure. (d) Object to or restrict processing. (e) Data portability in a structured format. To exercise any of these rights write to daniel.cabrera@fastdator.com. If you believe our data processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es).
