Orbit privacy policy

The current version of Orbit collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no ads and no real-money purchases, and the game does not connect to the internet.
This policy describes the version of Orbit distributed on Google Play today. If the game changes, this text will change first (see "Changes" below).
What data is processed
None that leaves your device.
The game stores your progress (best score, points, items earned and equipped look) in a local file inside the app's private storage. That file:
- is not sent anywhere;
- cannot be read by other apps;
- is deleted when you uninstall the game.
Sending feedback
Settings has a button to write to us. Tapping it opens your own email app with a draft addressed to [email protected] that includes the game version, the phone model and system version, the language and your best score, to help us understand bugs.
The game sends nothing by itself: the email only goes out if you choose to send it, and you can edit or delete that information first. We use what you send only to reply to you and to improve the game, and we do not share it with anyone.
Permissions
The current version of Orbit requests a single permission: vibration, for the in-game haptic feedback. It can be turned off in Settings.
It does not ask for internet, storage, location, camera, contacts or advertising IDs. You can check this on the Google Play listing, under "About this app" → "App permissions".
Third parties
The current version includes no third-party SDKs of any kind: no advertising, analytics, social networks or cloud services.
Children
The current version collects data from no one, children included. There is no chat, no user-generated content and no way to communicate with other people.
AI-generated content
Part of the game's art (planets, ships, backgrounds and stations) was made with artificial intelligence tools during development. They are fixed images bundled with the app: the game does not generate content while you use it.
Changes
If a future version adds online features (for example an optional account, cloud saves or leaderboards) or ads, we will update this policy before releasing that version and note it on the Google Play listing. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before processing any data.
